How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your goodies to you as fast as possible! Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once it’s on the road, NZ deliveries usually take 1–3 days. Rural spots might take a smidge longer.
If your order is super urgent or you'd like it to arrive on a certain date just get in touch we'll do our very best to help : )
How much is shipping?
For NZ orders, it’s $7.50 — but if you spend over $100, shipping is on us!
Shipping to Australia? Easy — it’s a flat rate of $23 NZD per order, no matter how much you buy.
What if I need to return a product?
If your item arrived damaged or isn’t quite right, you’ve got 30 days to return it. Just flick us a message and we’ll get it sorted, easy as.
If you bought one of our products from a retail store (not our website), you’ll need to return it directly to them — they’ll take care of you
Do you ship internationally?
We do — but just across the ditch for now! We currently ship to Australia, and we’re working on adding more countries soon. Watch this space! 🇦🇺✈️

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and AfterPay : )
Are your frames UV protected?
Yes! Our frames are glazed with UV glass and our prints are archival, ensuring your artwork stays bright and beautiful for years to come.
