Is shopping online safe?

Yes. Shopping at 100% NZ Ltd is secure. We use WorldPay as our payment provider. The transfer of the purchase details are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. It is important to us to provide you with the highest level of security and fraud protection. Your details will never be shared with any third parties and credit card details are not kept after a purchase has been made.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards - Visa and Mastercard via our website and at our gallery. All prices are in NZ Dollars. If you require a different method of payment i.e internet banking or cheque please contact us via email or phone.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Once your order has been placed and payment made it will usually take around 5 working days for your products to be despatched. If you have any special instructions or need to know further timings, please email or phone us. We will endeavour to deliver your goods to suit your timings.

What is your refund and returns policy?
We are proud of our NZ made photography products and ensure they are of the highest quality. If by chance you find any item to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. However, if you have changed your mind or want to cancel your order, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
