Shipping policy

The team at 100%NZ work hard to deliver orders ASAP. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed between Monday - Friday, with weekend or public holiday orders processed on the following business day. Peak trading times, holidays, and sale periods can impact these timeframes. We ask and appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery updates and timelines are determined by our courier partners, which are out of our control. All tracking and delivery information is emailed upon dispatch.For questions or assistance, please email sales@100percentnz.co.nz

If the product you wish to purchase is not available, you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as possible. 

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of 100%NZ of which we have no control over.

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
