RETURNS PROCESS
All items that are purchased through one of our stockists, need to be returned directly through the original store where purchased.
Please be aware that we gladly accept refund requests for online purchases due to a change of mind or faulty product but cannot offer returns for products purchased from one of our stockists.
All returns must be in unused condition with any tags still attached.

Our returns policy allows a window of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
